Where is com_migrator?

The "How do I upgrade to Joomla! 1.5 ?" page points to a site that seems to be no longer. Searching joomlacode.org does not reveal anything either. Is com_migrator still the recommended solution?

Hi,

I found it at forum.joomlafacile.com. I tested it with joomla 1.5 alpha last year and it worked... Any way I atached the file with this post. You must login to download it...

Sam has almost finished it, and is in testing stage currently. Sam is quite busy with some stuff (like studying ;-) ) but the migrator will be ready when we release RC (and don't start asking when we release RC
