layout and menu problem in IE

Post by mayerly » Wed Feb 23, 2011 5:29 am

Hello everyone I need a little help:

My site displays how it's supposed to in FF and Safari but IE is a problem. http://www.danceallnightdjs.com

my top menu displays vertically, the right menu is under the component. I played around with the css and created a hack for IE only, but it didn't work so I deleted the code and left it how I originally had it, so I'm back to square one :(

I search everywhere and try a few tricks, but didn't work. I have build other templates, but the menus are either images or based on the beez template.

Thank you so much in advance for your help.

I was using the <section> tag instead of a <div> tag in the wrong place :-[ this made IE go bananas

Hi,

I just changed the <section> tag to a <div> tag and that took care of my problem.
