Hi friends,

I am not finding a option to create template in joomla 1.0.13 . Any one please help for this.

tried with
Menu=>Installers=>Templates - Site
or
menu=>Site=>Template Manager - Site - New

none of these option is avalable thre

Hi, welcome to the Forum.

Please update to Joomla 1.0.15.

Moreover, you can use the installer to install new templates.

1. Installers > Template - Site
2. select zip file with the template
3. Upload File & Install

Please make sure that the tmp folder and the templates folder have the correct permission.

I want to change the template in joomla 1.0 bcoz if i uprgrade i am not able to find so many modules installed : .So my requirement is only to update the new template..
is it possible ?

Hi Sri,

you can still update to Joomla 1.0.15, as it is still a Joomla 1.0 version. I would recommend to think about migrating to Joomla 1.5.

If you cannot find the install template option, why don't you try to extract the files into a separate folder in the /templates folder.
