Changing the background behind my website

Hi All

I would like to change the background behind my website, currently it is grey and I want to change it to an image. But unsure how to do this, any ideas would be great.

I'm new to joomla myself so I dont really know how to put up a background colour or image, I read this thread though and it may be of help
