Should I have the cache setting in Joomla! set to yes or no? I seem to be having one hell of a problem with getting things to refresh on my website. For instance, I wrote an entry for my blog and I cannot get some things to change on one computer, it's very frustrating. I'm just wondering whether the cache setting will help

Well i think the standered setting is normally on. I always seemed to have more problems with things refreshing when i had the catch turned off. However, I myself always find the update more of a problem related to my browser and browser catch than Joomla's catch. I added Google adsense a couple of days ago and waited 2 days for it to appear, it came up straight away after using Ccleaner and cleaning the browser catch.

You are spot on, I've been having real problems with refreshing things. I thought that the cache was on, but it was set to off. Anyway, I've switched it on and things seem to be refreshing a lot quicker. I'm not sure if it's Firefox, but sometimes it takes a few minutes for things to refresh.
