found malicious JavaScript in my default template.

Post by mkarmali1 » Tue May 05, 2015 10:02 pm

I found malicious JavaScript in my default template. I know where it is, and can delete it. But how do I find all articles (web pages) inheriting from this particular template so that I can delete the JavaScript code from all of them.

Is there a way to "refresh" all the articles that inherit from the template so that they now use the changed template. I really don't want to go through all the articles and delete from each page individually.

Thanks in advance.

Once I dump the database to a sql file using phpMyAdmin, which tables and/or columns am I looking at to find all articles (web pages).

Once I search for the malicious javascript code and correct it using Notepad++, what then?

How do I save the changes? and upload it to my server?

Thanks.
