Send email to mailing list when contact form is submitted

I am looking for a way to integrate a custom form with a newsletter type mailing system.

Basically, I created a custom form with a few fields. When a user (registered to site) submits a form, I need that form submission to post a new article to the site containing the form data, and then automatically email the contents of that article to everyone on the member/mailing list.

Can anyone direct me to a component or way of doing this?

I havent used a component, so far I have a form created in dreamweaver, although I would prefer to use a component as they generally look nicer

There is no component name.... The question was asking if there is a component that CAN do this, or if anyone knows a way to do this
