Help - I got a problem!

I've got a problem that I wondered you could help me with?
I know that I'm posting this twice but I've noticed that once a question goes off the 1st page it generally never gets answered.

I wondered if you could help me figure out why only text no images or any colour appear when I click on an internal link.
All the links at the bottom of page.

My website: 'www.trulyrandom.net'.

EG. An internal link that does not show the template part: 'http://www.trulyrandom.net/index.php/news-feeds.html'.

That's easy.

Go to the Menu > Main Menu > News Feeds > remove /index.php from the url.

It should be:

http://www.trulyrandom.net/news-feeds.html'.

The path should be to where you have the newsfeeds.html file located but still without /index.php/

In fact, none of the links with /index.php in them work and in some cases it is /index.php/index.php/

You need to fix all of those and it looks like the general configuration of your menus are not correct.

Thanks for all your help, but I'm still quite unintelligent about Joomla, how do I fix this?

Go to each menu link button and put in the correct link to the location of the files.

I've come across a problem:

http://www.trulyrandom.net/the-news.html does not work, nor does any other link like that.

Also seeming as the template does not seem to display only the content surly it some other problem.
