Hi Guys i need your help regarding CSRF anti-spoofing.
yesterday a security audit was performed on my website. it was found that while admin login into the account automatic user

was created using CSRF code..

my hsting hosting details are here..

PHP Built on: Windows NT CL-T197-441CN 6.1 build 7601
Database Version: 5.0.45-community-nt
Database Collation: utf8_general_ci
PHP Version: 5.2.13
Web Server: Microsoft-IIS/7.5
Web Server to PHP interface: cgi-fcgi
Joomla! Version: Joomla! 1.5.22 Stable

please tell me the solution for this.
does joomla inbuilt anti-spoofing not work with IIS or need some extra security.
