Open PDF Files In Browser

Hello

I am trying to find a extension for a joomla site i am working on.

This site, utalises many PDF Files, (about 100 of them)

I have tried to use phoca download, this works well in that it is easy for the users to upload the pdf files from the administrator end, but from the user end, they have to download the pdf file every time.

I am looking for a extension where;

You can create sections / categories like phoca download can.
administrators can upload, delete the pdf files.
Files can be linked in the menu
Users (registered and logged in), when they click on the pdf file, it OPENS in the browser to be printed from the browser. NOT downloaded like phoca download.

The PDF Files, are editable files (created in adobe), and need to be opened up in Internet explorer / firefox etc, so that the pdf can have details entered into the form. Then the user simply prints the form with all the details in the form. The user then closes the browser (and obviously no details are saved)

Any ideas?
