Wrong user logged in

Hi I been trying to fix this for a very long time. What's happening is when someone visits my site it says that you are logged in, but as a different user. If you log off and then back in with the correct user it works fine until you revisit the site like 30 minutes later.

I did try to use a different login mod, but it does not matter. Any help with this would be great. As I'm going nuts with it.. Thank you...
