How to change the admin/login page?

I want to make my own administrator login page (just the first screen with login and pass) but figure out how to edit the /administrator/index.php.... any pointers? ... whats the css sheet for the login page?

just found it its the templates\khepri\login.php one


btw how do you DELETE THREADS?
