How to Remove "Powered by !JoomlaComment 3.26"?

Right now I'm using !JoomlaComment with legacy enabled and I was wondering how to remove the "Powered by !JoomlaComment 3.26" at the bottom of the comments page. Im currently using Joomla 1.5.10, and help is appreciated.

You search the JoomlaComment Support Forum for an article that begins
remove "powered by".

Here's a clue -
Either add the following line to the CSS file or edit it is it is already there
