Include PHP Script with redirect

Hi everyone,

This is my first post having ditched Typo3 CMS (Hooray!) in favour of Joomla (Hooray!).

Question:
I want to include a PHP script from another website (mine) which is a form that redirects the output to another page. I've read about Jumi and have it installed, but my questions is; can I get Joomla to work with redirects in this manner?

I haven't a clue where to start so any help in pointing me in the right direction would be great.

there are two out there if you check the extensions website. I installed this one but haven't got it to work yet - http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... ntent/1023
