how do i collect payment for registration on my site?

hello!
i have a joomla 1.5 based site.
my site build for the russian people, iwant to find a way to take money for registration on my site via credit cards and \ or SMS.

i tried smscoin but it didnt work.
u have installed the AEC but i dont really understand how to work it.
