Can I make 'buy&sell' website using Joomla?

I want to set up a buy and sell website in which users can post their ads, with pics, details, etc. and after submitting will wait for admin's approval before the post will appear on the site. Will this be possible?

I know that users can create articles that can serve as an ad, but I want it to look like this "site" wherein people can see categories and pics of an item.

I hope someone can point me to an article about this or a module or component (if this is possible) thanks!
