No plugins accepted to be installed

Warning! Failed to change file permissions.
JFolder::create: Could not create directory
Unable to create destination

this is what I face whenever i try to install the text editor plugin or whatever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I used to install plugin and I have never faced this problem except with this template..

Anyone knows why it showed up even?
and who knows how to get rid of it .. I would be really thankful...

Check if your folder has the right permissions (755 for folders and 644 for files, DO NOT! SET THEM TO 777!) and check if the path to your tmp folder in your configuration.php is correct.

If that doesn't work, try activating the FTP layer.
