correcting links in phpMyadmin

[antifmradio]

u had the component installed (sh404sef )
it wasnt going to work corectly for me ( needed too much editing )

so i uninstalled it as per instructed by creators and their support
but now they are telling me because of the TYPE of problem i am having i need to get support from here.

passing the buck anyone....?

Here is my problem

i have jomsocial installed and groups created.

If i click a GROUP link to get to it, i get the error 500 page
apparently the link im clicking isnt correct
this is caused by sh404sef links still stuck in my database

I have this link

Electric Zoo Festival 2011
it wants to go here

its supposed to go here
http://www.antifmradio.com/joom/communi ... tival-2011

/Groups/ is supposed to be / community /
and theres a .html at the end
plus a couple other things wrong with the link

i need to know howcan i change this in phpMYadmin

i tried searching for the current link and didnt find it
i tried pulling the querry " Electric Zoo Festival 2011 "
and got many results but no place to actually change the link stored.


the problem is now that NON of my groups work
