Joomla 1.5 WEBLINKS > Display ALL categories AND ALL links

The default com_weblinks has a automatic menu integration option that shows:
- all categories
- a specific categorie with its links

I would like to add an option that displays both: so all categories with all links.

This is a simple phpsnippet that i need to change/add but i'm not a programmer so i don't have enough knowledge (yet) to understand.

Can someone help me realising this?
