Basically i want to create a site like this but to provide banners instead of fonts. Im new to joomla and im wondering if it can be done without too much difficulty, and if so, which modules, plugins or templates would you recommended to get started? Also i tried doing this with wordpress and drupal and found it difficult converting a blog type platform into this. Im not really sure what type of platform this site used when it was created. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello,
Wordpress will be suitable for this kind of website. Because it needs categories and tags feature..all your banners will belong to some category and wordpress has a good system of categories.
