Paste buttons in the editor?

Is there a way to get the content editor to show separate Paste buttons? i.e I want one for Paste as Text, and another for Paste from Word. (instead of having to use the drop down)
The editor I use right now is JCE which I believe is based on TinyMCE.

If that isnt possible, is there a way to make the default 'paste' action use 'plain text' ?

Any ideas on this? I've been digging around and cant find anything.
