Fields to display into rows is this possible? advanced noob

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to see if the following is possible:

Ok so i have fields: name, date, time, quotation number, date, status, etc...


So i want is pretty basic, i want these to appear in rows and the ability to ADD a new one a remove a row just like in excel (but using html and the forms).

Then i want to be able to filter by whatever field, simple enough i know but is there an extension that does this already?

If not how easy/difficult is this as opposed to using excel or access or any other database program?

If I understand you correctly, you want a user or visitor submit certain information through your website, and then you would work on the data submitted from many such users in back end. Is that right?
