'Error loading feed data'

Hi

Today for the first time I saw this on the backend of my site. It's below the drop down boxes when i first log in to my backend.

Does anyone know what this means? I'm a bit worried about doing any work on my website until i know what this is

Im having similar error only its stopping me from getting into my admin panel at all so I dont know how to disable the module in question.

EDIT,

Sorted it by editing the database, thanks!
