I can't find any visual examples to help me understand the difference between Sec and Cat blog layouts and Sec and Cat list layouts. I've bought two books and googled a lot and I just don't understand this. I know it's something very basic and I wish I could see examples of what the difference actually looks like. Can anybody help me with this please?

Category List Layout

Used to show articles belonging to one Category, in a list layout. A list layout lists each Article's Title and allows the User to link to the Article. An example is shown below:
