How to Add Author's name Manually?

Hi every one, I have a question,

Random user's are sending thier articles via email to our site,
is this possible to write Autor's name Manually. coz most of them are not registerd to our site,

or any other way to give credit to the article sender, ?

Under publishing options you will find "Created by alias", the value entered in it will be displayed instead of the user who created the article.
