mate, I checked 'em..
I want more specific answer.. I tried some, but I want a popup like the one in the picture..
it looks more stable and clean.. and less nervous lol

What do you want the popup to be linked from ?

Ok, I changed my mind,
I just want a SIMPLE POP-UP , with my FACEBOOK FAN-PAGE html on it

There are several ways to do that. JCE editor with their mediabox can do that from a link in an Article.

But perhaps

I think thats not a popup bro..
Im not getting a pop-up, the 'new windows' 'parent window' etc.. mean a new TAB on your browser when clicking it

I alredy have a fan-box on my page.. I want to use a POP UP with the same code too .. ;s

I already tested it bro..
you only get a smal box somewhere on your site which says: follow us on facebook, and the new windows/parent window things are options (afer the user clicks the link)..

I found nothing with popups

The only other option is to use JCE with media box to create a lightbox popup. But then you would need to know the url to your Facebook page and make your Wall available for everyone to see.

correct.
ex: when http://www.graviteti.com loads, the pop-up shows once a day for an IP .. (this can be configured later, I only wanna make the pop-up work for now.. we will deal with the 'timer' later..

Well I did ask you where you wanted it linked from and suggested an Article. As you want it on first page load with a cookie then you will need to write some Java script. You won't do that from an extension unless you modify one of the popup/iframe extensions.
