Authorize.Net Relay response time out error

OK I have installed two plugins.

Joomla site:

Event Registration Pro
Authorize.Net Plugin for Event Registration Pro


When we try to process orders we get this error:

An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the
merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of
the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your
credit card.

This transaction has been approved.

It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you
will receive the product or service.


They told me at Authoriz.net :

This is a Relay Response time out error.

To fix the issue please follow the directions in the following
knowledge base article at

Is anyone able to help fix this for me?
