Sharing on Facebook titles with accents and apostrophes

Hello
mi italian sites often have issue with accents and apostrophes in title sharing on Facebook. For example, sharing this article:
http://www.vorrei.org/persone/51-person ... liana.html
with this title "L’inagibilità delle aule all’ISS (ISA) di Monza, in Villa reale. Un’emergenza tutta all’italiana."

on Facebook I get this title:
Lâinagibilità delle aule allâISS (ISA) di Monza, in Villa reale. Unâemergenza tutta allâita...

is it possible to fix this issue?
