Can you add a print icon for section or category description

Is it possible to have a print (or email) icon appear above a Section or Category Description (Joomla! 1.5) - the same way the print, email, or PDF icons can be set to appear (or not) for individual articles?

Some of our sites have long Section or Category Descriptions and the site admins would like them to be printable in the same way articles are.

What the print icon is doing, is putting a "&tmpl=component" to the url. You can do that with the blog layout, but the hole blog will be printed with articles.

This was a good workaround for a section list... I added ?tmpl=component&print=1&page= to the URL and included it as a "Click here for a printable version of the program overview" link within the section description.
