Location: East Coast, USA
I have a website that is being redirected to another site however I do not want to cause any down time on the site but would like to install Joomla and start working on a redesign on the original site (the not the redirected landing page).

website1 ---> redirects to ---> website2
website2 has to stay up during the redesign of website1
website1 will run the Joomla CMS


Is there any way to do this? Thanks.
