Let me start by saying I'm a complete idiot! I was trying to change an add to cart button in virtuemart, loaded a new image to overwrite existing and went to admin/components/virtuemart/language/english file to remove the existing Add to Cart text as it was writing the text over the text already on the button. Refreshed site to see changes (www.strongwebsolutions.com) and got an error message that started with parser error; home/burtonent etc. (I know I should have copied the error). I think it has something to do with a language file now missing, not sure.

I'm selling t-shirts for the American Veterans Center on the store and donating proceeds to them, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Using Joomla 1.5 legacy 1.0 and virtue mart 1.015 (I think)

Paste the content of the file that you edited. It seems you have codes in there that may be breaking the site.

Not sure why, but this eval etc., etc. is in several files, but wasn't affecting the site. File I edited is in Administrator/com_virtuemart/languages/english
Here's what's in that file. I changed the line that contains text; "Add to Cart" for the default virtuemart button.

File attached.

Yeah I am never a fan of eval codes in any files. It's hidden codes, especially in an ecommerce script is never a good idea.
At the bottom of that file I noticed this %0
Remove that and save the file then try your site again.

I need to see what that error is. In the Administrator->Global Configuration->Server settings set Error reporting to maximum. If that doesn't work you may need to set it manually inside the configuration file. Set var $error_reporting = '6135';

Reset to max and tried to pull up site, but still shows a blank page. Do I need to go to back end to template config.php and change the reporting number?

I missed something obvious, in that language file you posted, at the end of the file add
}
then save.

I just used firebug and on home page (blank) it said no styles were defined. Not sure what that means I've done.

Here's what on the left pane;

html
<head></head>
<body></body>
</html>

On right in firebug under style tab;

This element has no style rules. You can create a rule for it.

Thank you very much ws_machine. It worked. Can't thank you enough. If I had one ounce of sense I'd be dangerous. Let me know if I can help you in any way. I own three companies. You can find them all under burtonent.com

One more thing, go to strongwebsolutions.com and click on the store tab in left menu. Why is that coming up do you think?

Happy to help :)
To get rid of those errors Administrator->Global Configuration->Server settings and set Error reporting back to system default.

My pleasure, it's the very least I can do to re-pay what they've done for us. If you've served in any capacity, thank you!
