I been looking and looking and looking.. I am assuming im not the only person that is looking for something like this.

I have about 40 products and all I want is a list of my products with the sku numbers and prices and then have the user type in the QTY. the results should just go to an email back to me. Does any one know of a component that does this?

but this is adds it to something.. I want something even more easier.. I have looked at online forms but its not what im looking It needs to be easy for my clients.. The only questions I will ask them is Name, Phone, Email and then the list of the items where they type in the qty of the product they want.

any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks all
