please help me

I install Joomla1.5 then I changed it (delete joomla articals - Menus - template) then I try Upload to hosting , after that I checked then it return to default setting joomla articals and menus and templates
what can I do ????????????????

You mean, do you want to restore back your deleted contents, menus etc....

No I don't restore it
I add my articles and menus ...exc
when I upload my web it doesn't appear ,Joomla articals appears although I delete them .
No I hosting my web but no one of my articles appear,my template doesn't appear and no section appear .
when I host the default joomla web appear
what can I do
