desperately need help with smtp/mail settings!! joomla 1.5

Hi

I have a "rapid contact ex" contact form on my site so need the emails sent from my domain email but I cannot get it to work! When the form is submitted the site displays a confirmation message, however, I am not receiving the form to my email account. Please please please can someone help....!

My global config settings are as follows:

Mailer: smtp server
Mail from: name@domain
From name: xxx
Sendmail path: /usr/sbin/sendmail
Smtp authentication: no
Smtp port: 25
Smtp host: smtp.hosts.co.uk

My email host is namesco

Any help very much appreciated, thank you!!!
