Main Menu drop down arrows missing on sub pages

I don't know why these arrow icons arent showing up on the sub pages of each category in the nav. I looked up the mod_slidemenu here http://www.dart-creations.com/joomla/jo ... odule.html and set it up they way it was suppose to. Also it's been working fine for 2 years and I don't recall making any changes to this module so I think it got unlined somehow iin the code.

If you have had this issue or know how to resolve it and know where to go in to the code or theme files and find where the nav is let me know.

I attached pictures of main category pages and sub page without the arrows showing (ie notice the urls)
