Issue with toggling between HTML and WYSIWYG

This morning when I went into system administrator to begin work on this month's newsletter, the Toggle button had disappeared and the view in the newsletter was in HTML. as shown below:

I'm about a 3 out of 10 when it comes to writing stuff in html so usually do this in WYSIWYG. I can't work out how to 'switch' over to this from html

Can anyone help me please? By the way, I'm on version 1.5.26 (I know it's old, but so am I!)

It sounds like either your JCE Editor has been uninstalled or disabled, or you need to set JCE as your editor in your Global Configuration. Check your global configuration first, and if JCE is not available in the list of editors, check to make sure JCE is enabled and installed. If it isn't, you'll need to reinstall it.

Hello Ryan. You're right! Our website providers had done something that disable our editor (leaving it on just HTML) - they've now re-enabled this and everything's back to normal
