Class 'JLoader' not found

Hi there,

When I try to add any new menu in MainMenu or click on Site-->GlobalConfiguration in Joomla Administrator portal.It is showing me blank page and I checked the log and found below errors.

Joomla Version : 3.3.3
PHP Version : 5.3
