Here the Joomla Media Manager in the intro/full article image file browser in the frontend (not working

This is usually the sign of a fatal error somewhere - possibly caused by hack. Open the configuration.php file and change error_reporting to maximum and check the error.

i mean css not working on frontend in my custom template but working on backend then how to solve
