I am currently using Joomla! 1.5.26

I'm wanting to make the site Mobile Friendly, is there an easy way to do this?

I made a custom template for Joomla! using the website

This website now seems to be gone (I keep getting a 403 FORBIDDEN response) so I can not access the original design
Is there a way to download the template from Joomla and upload it to a Template Builder program to make some minor changes.

What is the value of upgrading to 3.4? Especially considering I can't access my original template and I'm not sure I have the time to pull that off again.

It will be more work to make 1.5 Mobile Friendly than upgrading.
