Menus don't work after Search Engine Friendly URLs turned on

Hi there

After upgrading http://www.agstalliance.org to 'Search Engine Friendly URLs' menus (not the main menu) don't seem to work????

For example, on this the page http://agstalliance.org/index.php/progr ... -education the left hand "Doctor of Education" menu redirect to the wrong urls. When a user clicks on "Who For" they are redirected to http://agstalliance.org/index.php/who-for instead of http://agstalliance.org/index.php/progr ... on/who-for

This one has got me stumped. So if you can help me I will name my next child after you!

I inspected your code. In the href tag of your link, you must instead put "who-for" instead of "/index.php/who-for". In addition, when the Search Engine Friendly URLs enabled, "index.php" should not normally be included in the links.

Yes, aware that's what is being missing out of the URL. But that part of the URL should be generated automatically when creating the menu item, and currently its not.

Have you renamed htaccess.txt to .htaccess?

Then you can enable both SEF and Rewrite in Joomla.
