How to make Login menu available for members

I am a new HOA President trying to update our website...public can view the site online but there is no spot available for members to login to view internal documents....LOG IN Menu is visible but no spot to actually click and add Username and password or to register as a user. Please help!

Make sure you enabled the login extension and under members options enabled login.
