on xx.nl my website is offline and I get the default offline message 'this website is temporarily offline...'

on xx.nl/index.php my website is live and all other pages are live too. But when I hit 'home' I get the offline page again.

Joomla 1.5.26
home is Articles >> Frontpage
all other menu items refer to Sobi2 Categories

configuration.php contains
Code:
var $offline = '0';

this is my .htaccess file:

Code:

# beginning of line), reload your site in your browser and test your sef url's.  If they work,
# it has been set by your server administrator and you do not need it set here.

I found this code before the closing </body>

Code:
<div style="padding: 0px; border: medium none; margin: 0px; position: absolute; left: 0px; top: 0px; width: 100%; z-index: 1001;">
<div id="YontooLocationStore2" style="display: none;">http://www.folderprijzen.nl/</div>
<div id="TopRelatedTopics" class="yontoolayerwidget" style="left: 0px; top: 0px; text-align: left; vertical-align: top; width: 0px; height: 0px; position: absolute;"></div>
<div id="YontooInstallID" style="display: none;">ea0b65ed-d9e7-49bc-962b-fe6235e5ae71</div>
<div id="Y2PluginIds" style="display: none;">Y2:ea0b65ed-d9e7-49bc-962b-fe6235e5ae71</div>

Can anybody tell me what this is and what I need to do to get rid of it?
