Release version: 1.0.x or 1.5.x and replace x with minor number (Currently 1.5.3) or SVN
Localhost – What package you are using XAMPP, WAMP for example.
Remote Host – shared host or dedicated server, Windows or Linux Server
System Information: PHP, Apache/IIS, MySQL and version numbers for each (very important!)
Your OS: Windows XP/Vista/WinServer, Linux +distribution name, Mac OSX
The problem in detail: What you were trying to do, what the errors were, what did happen for example.
What you have tried to solve the issue: Different data input you have tried, changing settings,

Add screenshots to the post: A picture is often better than a thousand words! Click on
Additional Options bottomleft of the editor screen when adding a post and add the images from there rather than inserting a link to a picture.
