Joomla hacked

Hi My joomla account was hacked and I have had to start from scratch, is there any way of getting all of my settings from my old 1.7 template into my new 2.5 as I downloaded the entire file from the server prior to starting again???

Don't HACK the Joomla! core, Instead "Extend" and/or "Override."
