It looks like there are files named index.htm and index.html in the directory where you have installed Joomla!

First rename/delete them. If you delete them, make sure to take a copy of them before deleting.

when i rename this file it got http://www.pkhdtv.com/ and there is only one file index.htm i didnt found another file index.html?

Where have you installed Joomla!?

Are you seeing a file named index.php in the directory where you have renamed index.htm?

ya there is File index.php in main root directory
ya in same directory

When I type the URL http://www.pkhdtv.com/index.php, I am getting the following error message.

Not Found

The requested URL /index.php was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.22 (CentOS) Server at www.pkhdtv.com Port 80

Check whether PHP is available in your environment?

What version of PHP are you using?

Look in the Apache and PHP logs for errors.

As I mentioned earlier:

(a) Ascertain that PHP is running in your environment
(b) Check in the logs of PHP and Apache for any errors
