Where is the installation directory that contains joomla.sql

Where is the installation directory that contains joomla.sql

I'm performing the manual install of joomla and I've reached a roadblock. I'm actually very frustrated. I'm at this line in step 2: Open the directory installation->sql->mysql. You will be presented with the following files: index.html, joomla.sql, sample_data.sql

The problem I'm having is I don't see the sql->mysql. Where can I find this. I know I have all of the directories included in the joomla pkg, I even downloaded a second time to be certain. Can someone give me instructions on where I can find this info?

It's /installation/sql/mysql (from memory).
