I Keep on Getting This Alert

Dear All

I am new to website thing so excuse me for my basic question.

I am trying to use Extensions install/uninstall menu to install a security plug-in but I was not able to install it and it keeps giving me this alert. (Look at attached pictures)
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
