Cant run joomla - Right after install error

My problem is that every time i install joomla i get this error. The hosting admininstrator said it must be a joomla error. I'm not quite sure my self. Plz help


Fatal error: Class 'JComponentHelper' not found in /home/***/public_html/joomla/includes/application.php on line 60

I'm getting it right after i finnish instalation and try to enter index.php

At least one file is missing from your Joomla folder. Make a backup copy of configuration.php in the Joomla folder, then copy all the files from the installation package to your server and try again.
