Installed joomla, deleted installation directory...now what?

Installed joomla, deleted installation directory...now what?

I can't get an admin screen to pop up. help!!!
I've tried url.com/administrator

this error comes up
The requested URL /administrator was not found on this server.

try to reinstall you joomla from scratch and see if it shows up.
