Hi,
I uploaded joomla on to my isp and installed joomla. No errors where mentioned. After installation, i removed the installation folder as requested, toke the site offline so I could finish it. When I go to my site, it displayes the homepage, even with a new template uploaded.The problem is when i click on a link in any menu. It doesn't parse to proper html and the page I requested isn't showing

Anyone any idea what's going on?
I'll put the site back online so you can see it. It's just the standard template with the example data showing

This problem has been fixed. There was a problem with the .htaccess file
